Great guitar store in Newstead. knowledgeable staff give friendly service.. A shop full of fantastic guitars.. New to vintage, Gibsons to Martin's to Fenders.. Plenty of parking outside. Highly recommended!

Robbie helped me choose the best skins to match the sound I wanted from my snare and tuned it to absolute perfection. Ordered a bass from these guys online / interstate. Sent promptly and arrived in great condition, no complaints, would recommend. Buying instruments online can sometimes be a bit of a minefield, and especially after having been burned by reverb sellers and another online shop in the past it's good to find somewhere that does exactly what they say they'll do with no hassle
Consistently excellent. I've bought two bass amps from these guys previously, and have just ordered a third for delivery next month. What I especially like is that they do trade-ins, which is quite rare these days — I for one hate the nuisance and uncertainty of selling online, not to mention the logistical nightmare of getting heavy gear to far-flung places at exorbitant shipping rates. Buying from R&L saves all that hassle, and I've found they offer realistic and reasonable trade-in ..... I've dealt with Eric on each occasion, and he's knowledgeable and helpful. In short, a first-class seller, and they deserve to do well.
