Kacy, Darren and Frank (workshop supervisor) I have dealt with for several years now servicing my Falcon, are always professional and put in extra effort to ensure everything is taken care of. Keeps me coming back now the vehicle is out of warranty. Highly recommend.

The Service Department at Metro Ford Newstead is absolutely the best! I've had my Mustang serviced here since it was new, always been very well looked after and always totally happy with the work performed. These guys will go the extra mile to help you out, a very rare thing in car dealerships these days. The service advisors are super helpful, from the booking in process, to keeping you updated about the progress of your car and having it ready for you at the agreed time. If you are looking for excellent service in Brisbane for your Ford, definitely give them a try.

Just had my 2nd Ranger service done yesterday, and once again the service from Darren and the team was 1st class. The explanations of what was done was great. He answered some other questions for me about upcoming travel out west which helped a great deal. Well done guys, I'll be back again next service!!
Customer service and communication depends on who you talk to and is a coinflip. Sometimes they'll be very helpful sometimes they'll seemingly ignore you. If you can choose who helps you at the service team try to get Darren since he seems the most helpful.
Rudi and Ben did a great job looking after me! Highly recommend their service and approach.
