Very unprofessional,very pushy, very rude and bullying experience throughout dealings with their mediator who had 18 years experience in law even at the highest level. blatantly ignores issues brought up that they should know about being in the industry for so long leaving you feeling vulnerable. favors the paying party when they state a mediator is "an Independent and impartial third party" which was not the case. Will never use them ever again, not even as a last resort.
