Would like to thank Tyson at Austral Honda, just purchased a brand new Type R. The experience was amazing, it was a conversation and not a sales pitch, I had so many questions and Tyson was patient and I came back multiple times to inspect the car. Always get the best service at Austral and their rates for servicing are better than any other mechanic I’ve been to. It can be a little intimidating when you take your car in for servicing and you’re not mechanically minded but I’ve never had to worry with Austral. They explain everything clearly and in simple terms so I know exactly what work is being carried out, why it needs to be done and if there are alternative options. I also bought my Honda from Austral, would never go anywhere else now. Thank guys.
Purchased my first new car from the team at Austral Honda a few days ago. They are a great group of guys. Very easy going and not condescending like some other dealers I had been to while searching for a new car. The whole process was very easy and they made the purchase enjoyable.
