The customer service was so AMAZING that I made time to write this review. I purchased a scooter, didn't expect it to get here for a few days with the postal backlog and the NEXT DAY I got a SMS from a staff member to say that it'd be delivered that afternoon (!!) and a follow up message with precise timing. It was HAND DELIVERED, with a GOLD RIBBON, beautifully wrapped - I didn't even ask for gift wrapping! They really went the extra distance to bright delight to us. My daughter loved opening it - thank you.
Toy Playhouse is the best toy shop in Melbourne's inner west. Five star service - the owner replied to all my questions and requests through Facebook Messenger which was very handy. They offer free local delivery which was perfect for my gift recipients that were based in Yarraville and Spotswood - local delivery also meant guaranteed delivery date as Australia Post has been really slow since Covid. Toy Playhouse made it really easy for me to buy and deliver birthday presents for the young ones in my life. Highly recommended toy store, would purchase from them again.

So helpful and friendly. Good advice. Great products. Decent prices. Local store. I used to go to the Internet to save 20 on the things I'd buy here, now. It's more important that we have a shop like this one, just around the corner. My daughter riding six laps of the shop on a scooter is why I impulse-bought it for her. I didn't know at the time that the price was seriously good, as well.

Absolutely hands down best customer service I have received in a LONGTIME!!. They actually care about you and your order. When a product wasn't in stock for my online order, they sweetened the deal with adding something extra. Definitely the only place I will now shop!
