I was fortunate enough to be included in Carolyn's coaching program. The intensive workshop as well as 1:1 coaching sessions challenged my way of thinking and approach to leadership. Seeing for myself the changes in me is a testament to the effectiveness of the program. Highly recommended.

Over the coaching program period, Richard ensured we were engaged to discuss my business and personal behaviours in depth and I was coached to a point where I was more aware of my behaviours and comfortable and able to think about how to share my thoughts and strategies with my peers, my leaders and my team: In addition, I was helped in my personal development and encouraged to review my interactions with my peers, leaders and direct report staff and also the family interactions and make substantive changes in how I engage with all and provide them the clear feedback and guidance they wanted from me.
