The little Train Shop is an excellent business for model hobbyist's (especially model train hobby). My experience with The Little Train Shop has been great. The team there have phenomenal customer service skills. Any questions or problems I had were answered very quickly. The prices for products and postage are really good and competitive (between Tasmania & NSW). I highly recommend purchasing from The Little Train Shop if you are in need of hobby equipment or a model train.
Accidentally stumbled across 'The Little Train Shop' in a search for a local model railway business and counting my blessings I did. Even though I've not yet set foot in the store (living interstate) I can without reservation state that the service level is beyond expectations, range is exceptionally wide and pricing is very competitive, not to mention SUPER fast postage and careful packaging - items arriving in perfect condition. I have place two orders so far - one over the phone to confirm availability of items and a second using the online system. Both were wonderful experiences, easy to use and couldn't be happier. When next down in Tassie I will pop in to say my thanks in person (and add to the layout :) ). 10 out of 10 all around.

We love coming to this store every time we are in Launceston! Huge variety of hobby supplies, friendly service and a lot of passion for the hobby. Disabled parking is available which is a bonus.
