Amazing service, very knowledgeable and approachable. So much better than going through online retailers. Get all my pet hear from this place. Got a couple of new beds and a toy for my girl for her birthday and she couldn't be happier.

Could have been a 5 star and the gentleman that served us certainly deserves that. Unfortunately two of the female staff lets them down with a lack of product knowledge and poor attitude .
