Had a pho and was incredible. Loved the food and was a really great price for the quality. Only thing was tea cups I got were dirty. But the meal was so good it made up for that.

Not the best today ... Poor little old lady bit overwhelmed... A few other tables ignored QR Code registration... and one in particular had uncontrollable obnoxious noisy kids that just wouldn't stop yelling and screaming.. I missed on getting my paid for Green tea and my bean shoots and sauces came out when half way through my Pho... Not put off will try again...

Not sure if I came here on an off day but the pho noodles were quite hard. The lady at the desk acted disinterested and inconvenienced when I asked for a receipt (so that I could expense it for work) and seemed offended when I asked to order a bottle of Mount franklin water, since she had already brought a bottle of tap water to my table. I'll give this place another shot and hopefully it will be better

Pho did not have much flavour, meat was overcooked and noodles were hard. Expensive and poor service as well.

Authentic and excellent cuisine, try the mini pancake entree, will change your life

Tried this place as it was close to the wharf and had good reviews. Went here super early as they opened for late breakfast. Food was good. However the man serving and the place had an eriee mood and dark with not much lighting. Man could smile a little. And also could have told us he had no more pork so we can order something else earlier. But then again we were the second customers for the day so no pork? Would be more like 4 stars but sympathy point as Newcastle overall felt pretty desolate and depressednfor a Sunday morning.. keep living and surviving people..
