WARNING!!! DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE! If I could give a ZERO rating, that is what I would have given Newcastle Executive apartments. This company managed by Tony looks after and owns multiple accommodation apartments across Newcastle. We stayed at Chifley Executive Apartments at Honeysuckle for 1 night to attend a dinner (thinking we had booked directly with Chifley, not some third party owner). We paid for 1 nights accommodation via WOTIF, plus an overnight parking fee of 20. Upon entering our allocated room we noted numerous issues with the hygiene and housekeeping/cleaning of the room namely; a. Strong odour of stale cigarette throughout the room; b. Blood stain on the mattress topper; c. Outdoor table had not been wiped clean; d. Food stains deposited on the back of dining chairs; e. Fridge had not been cleaned As a result of this, we made the decision that we did not want to stay at the property so we contacted Tony regarding our complaint, requesting a refund for our parking and accomodation fee. We were offered another room however, based on the state of the room we were put in it was reasonable that we preferred to not stay we did not have confidence in the quality of any room managed by his company. He then advised that they would not be issuing a refund for the accommodation or the overnight parking fee. WOTIF has since review the photos supplied and contacted Tony to request a resolution. Not only did Tony refuse the refund, he went on to tell WOTIF that he had not charged us for parking (which we have clearly proven to WOTIF with a bank statement charge from Tony) and that we cancelled numerous times, incorrect! We moved our booking dates in March 18 to September 18, without any issue expressed by Tony at that time however, in his attempt to try and cover up with WOTIF, he basically stretched the truth to make us seem like bad guests and to try and justify him not refunding our money to WOTIF. It really doesn't get any worse!!

This is a challenge to write a comprehensive review of this booking service. I’m not sure where to start with the experience️ My contact to book was smooth & easy with Sarah who was fantastic. They send you a txt to your phone with instructions how to collect your keys etc . This is where the wheels feel off , first no map to the secret location to collect the keys which is intriguing as most have a map app in our phone. It did have a photo of the car park We got to our building & could not get up to level 2 until after 20 minutes on the phone we finally met a resident who told us there are 2 buildings within the complex & we neeed the other lift️This was out the door & 20 metres away , good to know. Once inside the Apartment it was fine except no wifi log in or guide book ️ So I go to the website & the app the link is broken so I figured I’m not going to wait 20 minites on hold to get this info I’m already late for our event . Next issue was the Invoice sent via email stating that we have been charged 1031 for our 2 nights. Interesting as I was sure it was 408 ️ So I call Tony on the hot line to check it out & to give some polite feedback. Unfortunately this was what prompted this review as he was aggressive over talked me & eventually hung up on me. So lovely weekend in Newcastle & I would happily have given this feedback privately, but not the best customer service from Tony.
We stayed at Hamilton apartments and whilst it was noisy (busy road) and the condition of the apartment was not great it was good for our stay. Unfortunately I left a coat behind, a quick text and reply informed me that the coat had been taken to their office. I advised I would have someone pick it up, when they went she was told no one knew about it. Numerous phone calls (from me, none returned by them), and basically they have told me too bad, so sad, even though someone from their office has obviously stolen my jacket they refuse to be reimburse me. I will never stay with them again and I would warn everyone that they obviously have no respect for people's property.
This is the most disgusting place I've ever booked.. Cardiff Executive is advertised as "BRAND NEW" I booked for 10 days and paid for a "SPA" apartment with fully functional kitchen.. Website photos look pristine... Get here to find all the lounges are peeling.. St Vincent De Paul wouldn't put a price tag on these.. They are ready for a council cleanup. NO STOVE, and my "SPA" is a better bath for barely one person AT BEST... I have NEVER felt so ripped off in my life and if it wasn't for the fact I am absolutely stuck I would cancel my booking now... NEVER EVER AGAIN
What a shocker! We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment facing the road for 2 very long nights. The loud music and people screaming from the pub across the road went until 3am both mornings and as the air con was in the loungeroom and only one fan to share between the 3 rooms, you had to keep your window closed to block out the noise (which didn't work), but then overheated in bed, at night the cockroaches filled the rooms, the oven was broken and we were given some portable hotplates instead AND last but not least, the place was filthy, the bathroom had hair everywhere, the window screens were putrid, the window sills were thick with dirt. Don't stay here!
I was booked in here by work. A filthy dirty stinking dump. We stayed the night as we got there so late and moved the next day. Damp beds. Mould everywhere. Questionable stains on furniture. Graffiti carved into furniture. Evidence that it has been broken into many times. Broken and faulty lock on security door. Hot water system in cupboard in bedroom with door that doesn't close. This list is very long but inwont go on. This place is appalling.
