The call centre is useless, they were of no help whatsoever, their English is bad and they don't understand the questions we ask. Shocked to as why the call centre is in Asia !

Address can be clear. It’s actually a VFS global office which accepts visa applications for Singapore, Austria, Denmark and also NewZealand and some more countries .. it is in the correct address as given by google maps but there is no board Or whatsoever.. it is in the 9th floor of the domain house building (139-141) and its the vfs office in the 9th floor. Also no ticketing or anything.. you just have to simply wait. It’s a very small room with limited seats.

I would give this place a negative rating! whenever i call them, the staff is always clueless, on top of that they talk to you like it's such a big burden. this is for New Zealand immigration, and i don't get why they didn't hire locals? every time i called, an Indian picked up the call. I'm not trying to be racist or anything, but they always are so so rude and they don't know anything about the visa applications.they have such thick accents and whenever i don't understand and i ask them to kindly repeat what they said, they sigh very clearly showing disrespect and talk down to me . it's a visa application center for god's sake! shouldn't they know about visa process? so so disappointing that such unprofessional staff is hired!! when i called today, a guy picked up. he was rude and when i tried to call again for further questions, my call was constantly disconnected! wow! worst customer service ever!!

Was busy at the time I went (11.30am). Wish there was a token system, to know how many people are in line waiting. But once at the counter, the process is quite fast.

I visited visa centre last month to enquire about work visa. I was expecting to wait for long time but got served within 10 minutes. The officer at the counter / reception was really pleasant and courteous and also informed that I could courier my application. It certainly saved me from making a trip to Sydney just to submit my application. Thank you.

Please correct the address I am local It took me 1 hour to find the address. It would be very hard for tourist
