We honestly could not be happier with our choice to build with New Living Homes! I would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know who is looking to build. From start to finish, NLH were extremely helpful and transparent when it came to upgrades, costs and any hiccups/delays that popped up throughout the construction phase. Sandra (our sales consultant) was nothing short of amazing when it came to designing our absolute DREAM HOME. As we were determined to make this home our 'final home', we must have altered our floor plan over a dozen times. Sandra was super patient and was always willing to help us achieve the look/feel of the house to make it exactly what we wanted. We even ended up adding our amazing S06 Velux skylights, which just added another luxurious dimension to our home. And the execution of these skylights - immaculate! Bernard (our site supervisor) was amazing to deal with - easily accessible and always transparent when it came to where construction was up to. The workmanship and quality of our home is superb and we are honestly so happy with the finished product. The estimated cost of our build was pretty much on point with the final cost of our build. We love that there were no hidden surprises and pricing was very reasonable when it came to upgrades / add-ons, which is very rare when it comes to other builders! We have built twice before, and building with New Living Homes has completely changed our experience from a truly negative and stressful one, to one we would happily do again! (And yes, we are building our next investment with NLH because of how great they have been to work with). They buillt our dream home in just under 6 months. Truly amazing! Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

We love our new house. The house is exactly how we imagined when we were doing those plans, designs etc. Finishing quality is excellent. As a first home buyer, choosing a builder was an overwhelming process for us. But we are glad that we had Sandra Majstrovic as our building consultant. Thank you for being patient with us through out the decision making process and helping us to decide which one to go for. The end result is excellent. Thanks to Bernard as well. House has been built in 5 months. So impressive!!
