I saw Brian Smith for 5 sessions to help me control my alcohol consumption. It had crept into my life on a daily basis and despite knowing all the damage that it was doing to me, I continued on. I now drink moderately on a Friday and Saturday night and would recommend anyone that needs help with addictions to book a time with Brian. I now feel back in control and listen to the recordings every other day, thanks Brian for giving me my health back

I have been to this clinic twice now and always feel calm and at ease.
