The Packsaddle exhibition was on when we visited, as well as an exhibition of art from the Hinton collection. The artworks were diverse and display extensive, including some impressive works. It's a lovely gallery and was humming with life. We were just sorry the cafe was not operating.

Really nice atmosphere. Great collection of work. Friendly staff. Has a cute gift shop and cafe. Ample parking. Make sure your check out whats on display before going.
Welcoming and pleasant. Informative. Activities available for children
Friendly staff. Well set out
A stunning collection (for a regional gallery) is maintained within the 'Hinton Bequest'. Rees, Streeton, Heysen et al and dozens of others I am too silly to know. They have recently reinvigorated the museum and it has a fantastic cafe and other facilities. Also changing exhibitions. Don't miss the brilliant Olley triptych.
Exciting and vibrant exhibitions, great events and workshops. These days there is usually something completely surprising, and it's worth visiting often!
Loved the region . Autumn is beautiful.
