Our Melbourne Cup lunch at So Cal was one of the best team events we have had! Everything was perfect. The food and drinks with the set menu was amazing and the staff were friendly fun and made us feel comfortable. Its been a while since i have walked into a venue and all the staff have a smile on their face and so welcoming. Special thanks to George for taking care of us.

Waited an hour and a half for chicken wings. 5 separate orders of wings went to other tables before us even after we informed wait staff at least 3 times that we were still waiting. We didn't recieve the first order correctly and were again left waiting. After asking wait staff for our food they became awkward and ignored us, didn't interact and were dismissive towards us. Chicken wings and bar service were pretty good to be fair so 2 stars.
The most amazing Mexican meal in ages! Service was attentive, fast and friendly. Chicken burger was sooooo good!! Pulled pork burgers equally as mouth watering and salad side a meal on its on. The stand out was the rosè sangria! Do not visit SoCal and not get the sangria. We will definitely be back!
We were seated outside which was perfect for our group as it was a gorgeous day. Set menu was very good and there qas a good selection of foods that we got as part of it. Cocktails were well made and delicious, bit slow on some but that's understandable given the size of our group. Followed all appropriate guidelines. Unfortunately my solo photo doesn't do the place justice.
Cocktails were great. The food was a huge letdown. As a vegetarian the options were bland and extremely disappointing. The vego options came out on the same plate as the seafood, and having an allergy - this meant it was inedible. Staff were nice, however, we still ended up paying for the food that we couldn't eat due to cross-contamination. I won't be eating there again.

A beyond perfect place for a girl's Christmas luncheon!! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food portions for the set menu are awesome... and the bottomless Rose and Rose-Sangria - well who could honestly say a bad word about that! Such a fun, happy atmosphere, located in the middle of Neutral Bay - top marks all round :)
Awesome vibe! Service was friendly and accommodating to any dietary requirements. Cocktails were especially yum! Food was delicious - would recommend giving this place a visit!
