Fantastic service! I had some very worrying looking mould on my new ceiling lining and Steve came over and quickly put my mind at rest. He identified the source and told me how to fix it. Next AJ and Emanuel came over to remove the mould. The ceiling looks as good as new and ready for me to paint. Thanks guys! We purchased our first home and during the pre-settlement inspection we noticed a horrific mould infestation. It had me in tears. I researched various mould companies and saw how highly rated this company was. They have exceeded all expectations. They got back to me within hours of putting in a query and provided me with a quote almost immediately. Initially Stephen Burke came out to conduct an inspection on the mould. He was on time and as planned. It was almost like going back to a year 7 science class learning about mould and what causes it. It turns out the mould in our new apartment was likely caused by the previous tenant using a gas heater without ventilation. It was a relief to hear that it wasn't caused by water leakage or damage to the unit. Stephen took as much time as necessary to walk through the apartment and provide me with information about the mould and how to prevent its return. This really reassured me and I am no longer scared of mould. Within 2 days we received a very comprehensive report from Stephen outlining what we need to do to prevent mould returning to the apartment. The following day the mould removalist came and they treated our entire apartment. They were also on time and very professional. We were provided with very detailed instructions for preparation of mould removal and also for the after care. All up the inspection and mould removal cost around 1,000 and was done within 3 days. I really cant thank Stephen and his team enough. I highly recommend using them.
