Dr Robert Nelson is a highly trained dedicated professional. I was in severe pain from a back injury and after seeing another Doctor who didn’t put me on the correct medication for pain, I suffered intensely for a whole week. I sought medical advice from Dr Nelson who took immediate action for the correct pain relief and came up with a Plan of Action. Dr Nelson listens to his patients then uses his medical skills with confidence and professionalism. Mind Your Health, Neutral Bay, are very lucky indeed to have Dr Robert Nelson join their practice. He deserves more than 5 Stars. A wonderful Doctor.

I saw Dr Nelson here and he was just fantastic. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. This is a great practice, Clean and efficient.Great to have in Neutral Bay.

I was very impressed by the way MYH handled allocation of vaccination. They took my number and called when vaccination was available whereas other practices just said they were booked out and to call back after Easter. Won’t be using them again!

I have been going to Mind Your Health since they first opened doors in Neutral Bay. I can honestly say the level of service has only improved. The receptionists are all very friendly and accomodating. Dr Napoleon Chiu runs the place exceptionally well and really takes his time to understand the root cause of health issues. We are also very impressed with Dr Robert Nelson who goes above and beyond in his care. You can’t go wrong with such a great choice of doctors and convenient location. Highly recommended.

Very good experience. Two weeks ago my son cut his head at school. My mum took him to this clinic and received immediately care from nurses and Doctor Chiu. Dr Chiu also called me and explained my son’s condition so I am not so worried at that time. All my family members have consulted Dr Chiu for health issues and all feel grateful for his precious advice has been given.
