Netway came to our aid 18 months ago after a catastrophically bad IT experience (endless outages over 3-4 years, the then service provider floundering around and failing to resolve any of the issues) then left us high and dry. An accountant in our building recommended, spoke highly of Netway, so we gave them a go. Best IT thing we did in a decade, it's been steady as she goes ever since, no task however small or large seems to faze them - they are onto it quickly, resolve it usually within 10-15 minutes, rarely actually needing to come on site. And the recent move to vacate our office in favour of all staff operating remotely, the conversion to NBN, restructuring our 'network into two circuits so tenants may access NBN as part of our service, all came in on time (allowing for the 24 hours delay in TPG actually arriving on site ...!), on budget, almost seamlessly. Simply awesome, I suggest you go nowhere else!

I have dealt with IT company Netway Networks over almost thirty years firstly as General Manager of Haps Hotels Pty Ltd for twenty years and over the past ten years in my retirement. Haps Hotels owned and operate three large suburban hotels plus the company’s central office. During that time Netway Networks maintained total communication between each hotel and the central office together with all computers which controlled the ordering of stock, all sales for bars, food, including bistros and bottle shops, stock control, accounts, poker machine control, reconciliations and trading accounts. At the central office all the accounting information from each hotel was transferred electronically to enable group reports to be produced such as bank reconciliations and full profit and loss account. Further all hardware and security systems were supplied, installed and maintained. Personally, I have owned and operated a Wedding and Portrait Photographic company and Netway Networks have installed and maintained all systems, including filing structure, production software, backups and general maintenance. Netway Networks have maintained a professional, courteous, helpful and efficient service over the above time, and I would be happy to recommend their service to any prospective client. Mike Kilkeary
