Great value and a meaningful customer experience. As the story goes one of the diamonds in my wife's ring fell out, fortunately she found it, so we shopped around for the best value. After having visited a few places we just didn't feel right about the services they were offering, but all that changed when I walked into the Gold King. They listened to my story, understood what I wanted and went over and above what I expected, even with my covert instructions as I wanted to surprise my wife. What I expected was that the ring would be away for 5 days, I got it back in 1 day - wow! The staff are friendly, caring and professional and caused me great delight as now I can genuinely surprise my wife who hasn't yet noticed her ring is missing... :)

Good experience at this Gold Buyer - sold 2 gold Rolex watches and some old 14k jewelry - the pawn shop in my area played hard ball so decided to try The Gold King - their offer was much more and much much less of a hassle - no stupid questions, or cross examination of seller - rather they took time checking out each piece and thoroughly examining my items. Guys are professional and busy so they do not waste your or their time. They also have X-Ray technology to test all your precious metal efficiently and accurately.
