Ordered some compost and vegie mix for 450 in September last year and paid through my credit card via the phone. Noticed they charegd twice to my credit card a few weeks later. They have been uncontactable since, this is a blatently dishonest act.

Dishonest and extremely stressful atmosphere. They always give you less for what you pay for and extremely rude and abrupt. Business must be going bad or they simply don't care about it anymore. Especially that Leo guy. He has poor people skills . Nothing but a thieving family in my view.
Had bad experience recently. Been cheated by old woman (Leo’s mum). Supply material less than what I’ve been paid. I’ve calculated my base for synthetic grass approximately 75m2 x 80mm depth so I need around 6 cubic metre cracker dust. But I’ve bought from Leo’s mum 7 cubic metre just make sure I got extra. When it’s been delivered, I’ve spreaded out and found it’s not enough to cover 75m2. So I might make wrong calculation. Then, last week I’ve bought 2 x full trailer from Leo. I’ve spreaded out and decided to have another trailer because considering compaction. Today, I went there again to get another 1 more full trailer. When Leo’s mum tip into the trailer, I saw it’s not full of trailer but I’ve paid for full. I asked her and she’s said the trailer is bigger than usual trailer. And she been saying they running 20 years of business and never cheat customer. I’m still arguing since doesn’t look alright. Then Leo back from delivery and said the same last week he said gave me full of trailer because of their small loader breakdown. Then, I’ve bring home and measure the trailer is exactly 2/3 of cubic metre. But the cracker dust only 0.5 cubic metre. So I went back there ask Leo’s mum what’s the size of trailer and she said 0.7m3. I said to her I’ve calculated 0.67m3 and we measure the load it’s only 0.5m3. She don’t want to return my money back and ask me to wait with Leo to discuss. I’m dealing with her then she ask to wait for Leo. I don’t have time to wait for Leo and i just left the place. So I will never buy from them again. Such a big cheater and unhonest old woman. Wondering I ordered 7m3 and they probably delivered 4 or 5 m3 only. Buying this kind of material hard to know the exactly what we buy. That’s why easily them cheating customers. Such a bad blood family!
