Unfortunately Enerflow rented premises off us for their employee to stay in here in Perth at short notice during the Covid pandemic. He left the place disgustingly dirty, damaged and had a complete lack of respect for us and our property. Upon contacting Enerflow to raise a complaint they initially verbally agreed to rectify the damage then changed their minds and refused all requests for reimbursement. Eventually, after the company had received photos and numerous emails and requests for communication I posted a review and was immediately contacted. A reimbursement was made by management on behalf of their employee. I was then asked to remove my review repeatedly. Overall, although the issue did get dealt with the conduct by all Enerflow staff was questionable.
