I recently had my air conditioning replaced by Needhamair. There aren’t enough superlatives I could use to describe my absolute satisfaction working with this company. Paul, the company representative visited to view the job and prepare a quote. His advice was absolutely spot on and thorough. The quote was significantly cheaper than others but the quality of the product was first class. We accepted the quote and work commenced promptly a week later. The working crew arrived punctually and ensured my timber floors were well protected. My job was a complicated one because of access to the internal units (I live in an apartment) The ceilings were removed without fuss and the tradesmen worked tirelessly over two days. Once completed, they thoroughly cleaned the property and reinstalled and painted the ceiling. I’m thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of all those at the company. THANK YOU Needham Air

Very rude phone call especially the receptionist not even willing to listen anything about your question, she just cut me out of any conversations or information, even unable to provide ANY Types of support!!! She litteraly HANG UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE!!!!!
Needhamair installed our air con a few years ago, and just got them out to do a service. Really easy to deal with, friendly knowledgeable service guy and our air con has never skipped a beat It’s rare these days for someone to get a positive shout out, and thought these guys deserved one. One happy loyal customer
Thanks for all your work over the years – we have used Needham twice for major instalments in our Wembley house and then our Dalkeith house. I would never use any other company !
We have been using Needhamair for over 5 years now. They installed a system into our last house, which worked perfectly and we had their service department perform a couple of services for us as well post install, and they were always prompt and efficient. We just moved house and had the service department come out to clean the system for us, and they also identified that the air flow was unbalanced, so they completely rebalanced everything, and now we’re finding the temperature control is much more even. It wasn’t even a brand that Needhamair sell, yet they were able to identify someone else’s install mistakes and rectify them for us, which should save us money in the long run on our running costs and prolong the longevity of the system – thanks guys! Their staff are always polite and easy to deal with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Needhamair to any of our family & friends
Worst company ever.... Honestly, these guys are really sub-standard. They send first year apprentices to do service work and charge FULL rate. They quote and leave you with the impression they really do not know what they are doing. Anything that is not DEAD EASY, is a great issue for them. Communication with clients is terrible and they charge a fortune. Incompetent (totally), be warned
We have an established home 3 levels, we could not have asked for more professional people to deal with , from Dean to the installers, nothing was too hard , they were so clean and tidy , and our home was difficult,!we had other quotes some cheaper , but, from the first visit my husband and I felt we were going to get a professional job , and we did .
