Very professional experience. Great team and Dr. Paul done a fantastic job. Better than 20/20 vision back. Lense replacement was very easy, team at the hospital was great, I've had a very quick recovery, still some halo's in the evenings but that is getting better all the time. Would 100% recommend Dr. Paul.

Apparently completely acceptable to keep customers waiting 1 hour, with no updates nor apology given. The excuse : “oh we are very busy today” So, rather than value your customers time and phone then to reschedule to a later time in the day, they let people arrive, sit in a waiting room with the great unwashed, and find that it is completely acceptable to do so..... If this is the way the “pre sale” experience is, hate to see the unprofessionalism of the surgery itself

I've just returned from my one month follow up appointment since I had LASIK vision correction and it has been absolutely fantastic! I was previously a contact wearer as I tended to get headaches from wearing glasses when using a computer and enjoy the freedom of not wearing glasses. It's now amazing to look up in the morning and see everything so clearly without having to poke yourself in the eye every morning and night. I also feel a lot less tired, and although my eyes are a little drier than previously, they are less dry than wearing contacts at night. Dr Paul was very thorough and professional throughout the whole process. Initially I couldn't believe how quick the assessment was and that I was scheduled in for a months time. The actual procedure itself was fast, well explained and completely painless aside from feeling as though I had a contact inside out in my eye for about 12 hours. After the plastic shields were removed I was very happy to hear that my vision had already improved to better than 20/20. There were, however, some minor drawbacks - for 1-2 weeks white lights had a mild halo effect and during night time lights had a star bursting effect. These effects have largely disappeared and are completely worth the trade off in my opinion. All in all this has been a life changing experience for the better and if you are considering vision correction I'd strongly recommend seeing Dr Paul!

I recently had Lasik surgery with Dr Paul and cannot recommend the centre highly enough. My procedure was pain free and the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured at all times. I still can't believe I can see so well without my contact lenses and glasses!

Made to wait nearly 2 hours to see the doctor. They had obviously over booked as there were not enough seats and some people were sitting on the floor and the lady at the desk suggested others to wait in the hall way but those seats were also gone. I was offered no apology for being forced to wait so long. Can't imagine people in any other profession getting away with treating their clients like this!. The lady sitting next to me told me they were always late. Won't be going back there again.
