Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this business. Had a problem exchanging an item and when I sent an email explaining the miscommunication, the Manager didn't even bother to reply, let alone apologise or rectify the problem. Too many other places with similar products so won't be going back.
Great place. Quality items, prices are excellent. Good range. All staff are great. Sheree and David in the sales room are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Warehouse and trade store staff next door are the same. Highly recommend them.
