I cannot say enough good things about Kelley at Navigate Insurance! She was so patient with me while I asked a million questions and was nice, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Not only was her quote so much more reasonable than the other quotes I got on home insurance her quote had a lot more coverage with less excess. After speaking with Kelly in depth, I learned that she has access to multiple insurance companies to narrow down for me so I didn’t have to keep calling for quotes. In addition, (I have not needed this) but she also mentioned that if I ever had an issue with a claim she would intervene if she felt I was being treated unfairly since so many companies look for any reason not to pay for a claim. I was so happy with her quote that I have decided to purchase an indemnity policy for protection when giving advice in my motivational speaking and life coaching business.
