They take your money and don't care. Even with Covid they don't offer any refunds at all. Wish I chose a different venue. They don't do anything to make the wedding day easier or less stressful.

Agustina was my wedding coordinator at Lemontage. I also went with Events Cotour by Navarra to design and run my wedding day. Biggest mistake. Responses were delayed or nonexistent throughout the whole planning process - my venue was not ready in time for me to take photos before guests went it nor did guests even go in on time. None of my fireworks went off which I paid good money for. And agustina is yet to respond to any of my emails.
Food was fresh and full in taste. Service very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed the day!
My Son provided a deposit for a wedding which cannot take place due to Covid-19 months ago. He got married at home. Nivara Events will not refund the deposit and threaten to sue for the entire cost of a 120 person wedding.
A ridiculous and unrealistic contract, which does not value their clients in times of need. They have completely dismissed all requests and ignored them. I would not recommend Navarra Venues to anyone, their customer service is atrocious and absolutely disgusting in the wedding business. You do not feel as a valued client or even important when planning your own wedding. I hope people think about this venue twice when booking and ignore the hype they present which realistically isn't even there.
Disgraceful organization. Cancelled the wedding and refused to provide the refund we are entitled too, despite legitimate reasons why we cannot postpone, and despite a clear contract clause in your own terms and conditions entitling us to a refund in these circumstances. I note your standard response to other similar feedback asking them to contact you to discuss and sort this out. Well, we have been trying to discuss this, and trying to come to an amicable solution for over 2 months now, but you have stopped responding to our phone calls and emails completely. So it would appear your advice to contact you isn't going to be overly helpful. Stop playing these games and just provide the refund we are entitled to, after you failed to deliver the services you were contracted to deliver.
