Great Service! I had an issue with a pond at my new house that was looking a little sad.. The team talked me through the issues on the phone then came out for a visit the very next morning! And on time, I don't expect that by they were right there at 9:30 as discussed :) I love that. The boys explained the situation to me, and made some quick improvements and the pond was already looking better that afternoon. Since then they've come back a couple of times to see how things are going and now it looks amazing. Crystal clear and the fish look healthy and vibrant. We love sitting by our 'new' pond and are planning to get an inside some help with a new inside aquarium for my daughter's birthday.

Week ago, my 6 foot lighting suddenly went off and I guess that it could be condensation problem to cause water went into electric circuits. I called Nature at work and owner Cliff received the call. Cliff was very helpful although he is more into Aquarium maintenance rather than electric works. He gave me a few suggestion and also went an extra mile to give me a qualified electrician to see whether the problem can be solved. But I took his suggestion to buy extra led lights to replace my existing one. Through the entire process, I felt that the company is very professional, strive for best results for customer and good communication and follow up. A complete customer satisfaction experience! By the way, Cliff is real fish person and he had many years fish keeping experience. Will do business with Nature at work in future. Many thanks and wish Cliff and team to have a successful business and many happy customers in his career. Thanks.

I had bought a new filter for my turtle tank from a local business. I took the dimensions and photos of the tank to show them to ensure they could advise me of the best choice for my needs.After returning the first one because it was leaking, I wasn't able to get the replacement one working.I was told I would need to bring it back so they could show me how it works. I did this and tried again with no success.I called the store again and was told they would get someone to drop in and look at it.Another week goes by with no phone call and no help. I call again and they say they are too busy to send someone out and I will have to bring it back again. I called Cliff at Nature at Work for help to set it up and to check if I was doing it correctly as the store had said there must be something I wasn't doing quite right.. Jesh arrived as promised the next day. After attempting to get the filter to function it was clear it wasn't powerful enough or suitable for my taller tank. Jesh cleaned the tank, tested the water and reinstalled my old filter as the water quality had deteriorated badly. What a fantastic customer service experience and what a great job. Thank you so much for you help. Next time I need anything for my tank, I am just calling Nature at Work.

I set up a new tank and bought my first lot of tropical fish. The second day they started to die off. I rang Cliff and he offered to have Jesh out that same day. Since then both Cliff and Jesh have been FANTASTIC!!! They are so helpful and offer the BEST service. I call Cliff nearly everyday and he is always more than happy to take my calls and put my worries at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Thanks for everything Cliff and Jesh :)
