You'd not really expect to have an incredible experience when buying tiles. Seriously they are just tiles. Never bought from these guys before and after the experience never going to be buying from anyone else. Doing a home project by myself with no previous experience, Cannot thank Carlo enough for his patience and tips on how to do a good tiling job. He recommending these levelling clips which makes the job look professional even for a novice like me. Good on you guys, You've got it just righ.

The products available are all of high quality and the prices competitive. Nothing was too much trouble for Jess. She is an expert with design, practical considerations and follow up. We would have liked to have been informed of the advantages of buying all the tiles from the same factory , but with Jess's help, we were able to rectify this. She persisted with details to ensure that we were more than satisfied with the job. It was certainly an advantage dealing with a very experienced, local company. Calls were always returned and nothing was too much trouble for Jess.
Was able to select tile we wanted from their large sample range. Staff were helpful with advice and assistance.
We were glad that we had discovered 'Natural Tiles". It was a a big project comprising several bathrooms, laundry and staircase tiling. Carlo and his team from Natural Tiles supported us all the way from design, choice of tiles, amenity items and color combination.
