Very happy with the team at Natural Solar. Got the system installed in 2 weeks after I signed the quote. Sales process was a bit bumpy but the professionalism of Alan and the quality of the products they offered (I got a 10.3 KW system with Canadian Solar Panels, Fronius Inverter and Fronius Smart Meter). The after sales support to help register the inverter, and set up the app for the inverter and the smart meter has been fantastic. The installers were also very professional. We had a tricky roof and the team worked with the installers to ensure that the install went smoothly.

After a lot of searching I compared Natural Solar to two other short listed providers and have been extremely happy with the result - no just the price but particularly the execution of the whole thing. John Burden was assigned as my case manager and helped me from quote to implementation. The team at Natural Solar were professional, transparent and reliable. The appointed contractors who did the install work were also excellent - no mess, no fuss - A grade at their job. What else do you want really! Its a thumbs up from me.
Natural Solar was great. It was a very easy and quick process from getting the initial quote to the installation of a new battery. Everyone did a great job from the initial chat with Alan and second Alex to the clean installation by Josh and Michael. Really impressed how it all came together really quickly and how professional everyone was.

John Burden was our initial contact and was our contact through the process from beginning to end which was surprisingly easy. In March 2015 we purchased 4kW solar panel system, January 2017 we took delivery of a Sonnon battery and September this year we had installed a further 4kW solar panel System. Before purchasing the Powerwall2 I had many questions to truly understand the functioning of the battery with a 3 phase solar system. The assistance from James Wraith was exceptional, patient, honest and well resourced. The installation went smoothly with 2 very competent installers lead by Josh with Carson assisting. The system worked perfectly immediately and since installation 8 days ago we have drawn very little power from the grid and on some days none at all. It has been a very rewarding experience with a very competent company. Highly recommended
