What an awesome surf shop - probably the best I've ever been to. NN's staff go above and beyond to facilitate for their customers' needs. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience; my go-to in surfing apparel & hardware from now on. Thank goodness there's an online store - yewwwwwww!
I literally can't help myself when I go here my partner has to drag me out by the ears great selection of all the best surf brands. Staff are always super friendly and helpful if your travelling from Sydney or the South Coast well worth the trip. Gerrigong in general has so much to offer and is an almost unrivalled location for a weekend getaway.
Awesome shop, super friendly staff and the guy the owns the place is a saint, went in on a Friday afternoon to buy a board knew nothing about surfing, he was excited to help out in any way even recommended trying before buying, so I did what he said tried out a board on Saturday and was so happy with his recommendation that I purchased my first board Saturday afternoon !! So happy, this shop is a vibe
1st online experience buying a board, Ordered Tue afternoon and arrived Thursday. Mat, Hannah and Winona were all super helpful, courtesy phone call after I had ordered was much appreciated.

The staff at Natural Necessity are great to deal with, they have a wide range of top quality gear and are friendly to deal with. They do have an online store and the best thing is that you can speak to someone from the online store before purchase. I spoke the Ryder and he was able to answer my questions to help with my final decision. I defiantley recommend this surf shop.
