Okay, I didn’t seem to have a problem with my nails however they are definitely not the most hygienic place and a bit rough, I sat there for 30 minutes well they talked about who’s going to do my nails, could have a little more customer service apart from that my nails are amazing and I love them

Always so accommodating for my wheel chair bound mum My nails, toes and eyebrows are always perfect when I leave and its always reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend!
Not bad. Little rough sometimes. Never answer the phone when I've rang to make an appointment. However still manage to get what I want.
Have been coming here for over 3 months now as I was having trouble at other salons with nails lifting or falling off (acrylic and SNS). These guys have been great! My nails stay on, no problems with them at all (acrylic). They have an endless range of colours and they are always happy to do designs. Quick service too!
Rude, aggressive, rough. I have sensitive nails due to chronic illness, they ignored my pleas of pain and sensitivity to heat. Ignored my colour selection, said I picked wrong. Wasn't until I started having a panic attack that they backed off. Unprofessional and no customer service at all.
Was here to remove my SNS, the cheapest service they would give me is a manicure for 30. The lady didn't give me proper instructions, I'm more used to foil wrap removal. She didn't even buff before asking me to dip into acetone bowl. But once she got started she just kept on drilling and kept making me dip them back. My nails were always healthy now it's still chipping since I got this service done two weeks ago, even with nail hardener. She's drilled my nails too thin and brittle. I know it was busy but don't accept customers if you can't do the job.
I got there half an hour before they closed for an SNS and they did SUCH an excellent job and didn't rush it at all. Would definitely recommend!
