From the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!! The tradesmen were super friendly, and so careful with our tiled roof. We just can't quite believe that it all happened so fast, and works so well and looks SO SO GOOD. We're now awaiting the final inspection and conversion changes for the grid from our electric company so we can put any unused energy back into the grid for credits (4 to 6 week wait) - so once that all happens, I'll report back with our savings - word on the street we can expect close to 0 bills... and that added to the fact that we can use our aircon and dryer guilt free... this is just the best. Thank you NGSS for giving us such a great first-time-solar-PV'ers experience! So glad we went with you!

Very pleased with the installation. We were able to see the savings on the inverter the moment it was switched on. The company were easy to deal with and quick responding to queries. Highly recommended to anyone looking at their first solar system.
Our experience with NGSS has been very good. The sales representative was not pushy but realistically explained the solar heating installation process and how it could help us. He took the time to explain all the details so that we understood. The guys who actually did the installation were very professional and turned up on the designated day. We are waiting eagerly for our first electricity bill since having solar installed to see how much we have saved.
Had solar system installed by NGSS and I'm very happy with the outcome. Right from sales, installation and after sales service was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

NGSS contacted my wife, they were really keen to visit our home, talk to us and quote on a solar system. I have a low opinion of solar panel sales calls with so many unscrupulous dealers, my wife checked out their website and assured me they look legit. They texted a day before to confirm the appointment, we confirmed and were prepared for our 90 minute time slot. That time came and went, it was a no show, NGSS made no attempt to contact us and explain what happened. When I phoned and asked for an explanation, there was none. *Thanks for the reply, I have sent an email with your companies confirmation message for the appointment. This has the NGSS logo.
