Pretty terrible place, only upside is actually being connected to the university and it cheap, but for a reason. Terrible old buildings that get way too hot all year round, walls are thin so good luck getting to sleep with possums and koalas disturbing the peace aswell as others loud music or yelling things like 'yellow sus' at 2 in the morning. Tiny room, beds are really uncomfortable. Ridiculous fines are given for things like not cleaning another person's fridge (i was fined 80 dollars because someone else had a rotten avacado in a different fridge.)

A significant lack of consistent paint on the walls
Definitely would not recommend anyone live here. They do weekly cleaning inspection and if the place isn't spotless (and I mean spotless) they will fine each person 80. The cleaning inspectors come between 7am-9pm and between this time if any of the kitchen appliances and sinks have been used during the day and you have not wiped up after yourself with disinfectant you will be fined. Our room got fined because their was a small amount of dried tooth paste in the sink. There are 8 people in my room so that fine was 640 over a tiny amount of toothpaste. It feels like I'm still living at home with them breathing down our necks every week. Do yourself a favour and live somewhere else.
Very reasonable pricing and much cheaper than other private student accommodation, not amazing facilities but very practical. Wouldn't recommend the dorms (Beleden Ker) unless you enjoy partying and loud music on weekends. The flats can really depend on the mix of people you get but there is some limited flexibility in moving. Wouldn't say I ever loved living on campus although the ease to get to class and abundance of public transport is nice. They do offer the "residential life" program as well, although most activities feel a bit disorganised and attendance to events can vary dramatically. They also offer academic mentors too which is a plus although most degrees have this as part of uni anyways, only real advantage is that you live in the same area. Overall if you are looking at somewhere to live while you study this is alright (definitely not amazing though) as long as you are up for making some good friends to help survive uni.
