Terrible service at the Fountain Gate store. Customer service was disgusting. The person serving saw his mate behind me and put away the last pretzels for him. Then just handed them over the counter and they didn’t pay. No flavours left of what I asked for and when I asked for the topping separate the guy raised his voice at me. So rude and will never go back!!!
They was really nice. When I order a fresh made glaze pretzel. I been told need waiting for 7mins. That deserve it. Best bread I have ever had.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Was sold the wrong flavour and when I tried to go back and get the correct one I was aggressively told that I was incorrect! The staff severely lack customer service. The food was good but the staff insured I will not return.
