I am so impressed with the results after just one laser treatment. Paige was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable, she was professional and went through all the information thoroughly. Professional, knowledable and lovely staff. My experience was nothing short of amazing. My consultant was friendly and made me feel comfortable, the clinic was spotless and fresh. The manager was the highlight of my visit, she was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation and advise next steps for my treatments. Her professionalism and knowledge is a massive asset to the business. Would highly recommend!!
Was feeling very nervous about my first visit to the clinic. My younger daughters recommended I try a treatment after they had had a really positive experience. I was really at ease and Paige really helped me understand the process so my session was very stress free. Will be booking in for follow up sessions so thanks Paige.

Have been visiting My Skin for over a year now. I have had some issues in the past with a staff member telling people outside of the company when my appointments were- which was resolved promptly. Since then, I have noticed a whole new team of staff has recently come in and I have had some issues with my appointment bookings. I sat in the store for almost 30 minutes after telling them I was there for my appointment- for them to tell me there was no appointment booked for me, even after checking in? I was luckily able to be squished in. Fast forward a month, and I am getting phone calls to confirm appointments I have not booked. The staff are lovely, but simple errors like this need some work. I understand errors can occur, but this has happened more than once.
