Hardly ever any staff & the store is often very messy.
It's a nice shop that sells good quality products but some of them that used to be available aren't there anymore . Staff weren't all that helpful but it's still my husband's favourite place to shop..
Staff were very helpful and friendly and will give you hints and tricks if you need them. They don't have a massive range of kids outwear but what they do have is good quality!
The cleaner swept my foot. So you lose a star.

Staff? What staff? And don't go to the wrong check out or you get "educated". Good range of somewhat over prices products.
Advised that the item we were after was online only or at other stores but was not advised that we could click and collect as an option which we found out later ourselves looking the item up on line. This info would have been very helpful at the time.
