Went To buy cookies yesterday on Boxing Day and the store was closed and it didn’t have a sign or saying saying why.

Extremely rude staff manager here, popped in on Thursday at 11.30. ordered a coffee, the staff took my order when I went to pay the Machine wasn't working, so the staff members me asked the manager, the manager was dismissive, rude and scolded the staff member telling her to go away. She then took my order. Once again the machine wouldn't work. She said that it was my fault and that it worked for everyone else. I left and went to another place, no issues at all. Will not return.

I don't know why people give bad reviews to show their jealousy about the cafe but honestly speaking that's the best cafe I have ever seen... Their cookies are the best.. I love Mrs. Fields

I need a coffe and a biscuit after a hectic day in fountain gate shopping centre. Before my appointed schedule with my optometrist id thought I'd try Mrs Fields. Owners were not welcoming. I seemed to be an inconvenience for whatever the reason. They don't encourage customers whats on offer. They don't make recommendations if not sure what to have. They had all the time in the world. Considering I was the only customer standing in queue. Coffee was bland and cookie wasn't as nice.

My girlfriend is obsessed with these cookies so they must be a bit good, all I can say is they are friendly and they always offer me a deal
