Had there been an option of no stars I would have loved to give them. All the staff members are rude and unprofessional. They talk in a very rude manner as if they always have a bad they and they want to ruin yours too. Stuff here is more expensive than the other Indian stores and Coles too. Most of the brands they have replaced with their own and the quality of their own brand is really really poor. Ridiculous rates, mannerless ladies in the staff and pathetic customer service. What else do you need to not to go back to this store.!!

Horrible experience. Poor customer service. The worker doesn’t care about anyone enter in the shop or not. At the time bill, the person who served the customer doesn’t say hello or anything else. Just made your bill and asked to pay but don’t say thank you or any other words. Near the entrance, there was trolley filled with cardboard any hard to move. The worker just talked with each other in their language by ignoring the customers. Never visit again in future.

No prices on many goods. Its 25-50% more expensive than other Indian grocery stores - check the COLES next door as you may find a few things cheaper there. The girls behind the counter could be a bit more courteous.

Today, went to the shop and bought some stuff and also one of the item was HALDIRAMS Soan papdi. On the counter we came to know that it’s in promotion to get the another one free. We got two of them and those are expired. We usually don’t have time to Check everything there. Shame on you. I think this should be taken serious bcz it can harm a person a lot in health matters. Good luck with further frauds u r doing with customers.

Too loud music in the store plus song selection is bizarre. No rates label on most of the stuffs.
