Worst customer service. Ever!! All they do is scam you into buying and when they need to fix something or follow up nothing! They will not tell you that there is no refund at all!! The special discount is a lie. Original price online is cheaper for any of their watches. Do yourself a favour and go to a legitimate business!!

Service: 1/10 Quality: 3/10 Bought a Earnshaw watch from House of Watches about a year and half ago. 1. The watch has stopped working. 2. After two hours the watch falls behind with time and needs to be adjusted again. 3. The brand “Arnshaw” has been engraved on the side of the watch but it’s actually meant to be “Earnshaw” as it is the brand of the watch. 4. They label everything as high price (more than market value) and than they say 20% off which is still not the market value. Charcoal chicken in Dandenong has better customer service than the clowns who are selling the watch. The watch comes with two year warranty but apparently it’s too late after year and half. Please take your money to a different business other wise just burn it (most likely you get more benefit out of burning it than buying a watch from them)
Took my watch back to have the crown replaced as it came off. No communication from the store as to what was going on. I constantly had to ring to try and get an update. Everytime i was told they would send me an email or call me back. Never received either. Went Into the shop at Pac fair where I dropped in it for repair and saw closing down sale signs everywhere. Went to the shop today to pick it up after to ally receiving a call on Friday to advise it was finally back from repair. Got to the store today to an empty shop. Was told my watch was sent to harbour town (timeless watches) and would have been sent an email or called to advise. I never received either as us. so I had to then drive 30 mins to the other store just to collect my watch. Poor customer service. Hope your other stores fail and close down to.dont deserve to be In business.
Bought my watch 1 year ago, I had a great experience then, I just went back and had my battery replaced under warranty for a faulty battery, they didn't try to charge or question me about it they accepted what I told them happened and sent it off to get fixed, I felt like I have had a brilliant experience, the guy that I spoke to helped me a lot as I had only cheap watches in the past, I told him what I liked in a watch and the first watch he recommended I fell in love with, which was pretty nice because I had been looking for a watch for quiet awhile.
The staff is very rude. They don’t know how to communicate with customers. Specially that srilankan lady name harshani. When they are selling the watches they are very friendly but when you go for calming the warranty for repairs they ask money and it’s the half price of the watch. Same happened to me. Very disappointed.
Purchased the watch and had to returned it after 1 month for repair and took another month to have it returned after warranty and it fogged up everyd ay after be returned . Cheap rubbish Sold at high price. Buyer beware.
I don’t care what anyone says about the service they are actually really nice and they only talk to you about how to take care of the watch or to help you decide. I left house of watches 100% satisfied as i had a new watch and because of how nice the service was!!!
