The owner of this store is the rudest pig I have ever met. Speaks to staff and customers rudely. The staff are friendly and courteous but every time you go in there there give you conflicting advice. One week they say you need a certain product, next week they say 'oh no I wouldn't use that. You need this" I would prefer to drive 30km to another store than support the owner of this store

I had a fantastic experience today at Hairhouse. The lovely Lady that served me was so helpful. I was only going to buy some shampoo but ended up spending so much more! She knew her products and also helped me with shampoo for my kids. I often go to Hairhouse and always receive fantastic service and today was excellent! Thank you.

I’ve had the hair cut one month before. She just made my hairs in that way so I couldn’t find any difference in my hairs but after that i washed my hairs at home.. i get to find it that she just messed with my hairs. My hairs aren’t looking even .. its jus looks zig zag.. so she didnt cut my hairs properly and charged 92 for that . That so much money for that bad hair cut. But no comments I couldn’t made it to go back and show them my hairs after hair cut.

Understaffed store. Staff made an effort to help me out with piercing jewellery but were not knowledgeable, so kindly referred me to the piercer. The piercer was unfortunately unhelpful, asked me how old my piercing was, (it’s over a year and a half old) and said it doesn’t look healed and wouldn’t sell me the jewellery. I wasn’t even asking for her to change it out, I just wanted to purchase a titanium ring. She immediately rushed to the next customer. I understand you guys are busy, but especially in Nov - Dec it’s helpful to have more staff on if you can’t help everyone! Thank you to the staff that did acknowledge me and did their best.
