Procedure itself was fine. Have been chasing and chasing since AUGUST to get a receipt to claim the charge from my health insurance - not sure why my request has been ignored and unactioned. Absolutely a joke.

The phone number diverts to “out of hours” even though I’ve rung on 2 days within hours, tell you to try again within hour and “don’t leave a message”. Occasionally rings, then goes to ‘busy’. I drove around to the Narre Warren facility and they can’t help me make an appointment, told me to persevere with the number (even after telling her that I have been ringing for 2 days. Poor customer service, the appointment process needs a rethink, I reckon.

I have been to this endoscopy centre before and couldn't speak more highly of the staff here. Professor Roberts is a very competent doctor. Nurses were great and very caring. Overall a very positive experience and so much less expensive than other places around here that charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommended!
