Relatively good cupcakes. The red velvet cake was somewhat a lot sweeter than expected. The cake itself was very grainy and the texture was very different to the cupcakes. Quite honestly, I like the place, but a tad too sweet when it comes to the cake.

Employees don't feel like working at that place. I travelled all the way there to purchase their cupcakes. Arrived at 4:15pm and they were already closed and staff were cleaning up when they were meant to close at 5pm that day. One of the employees claimed they sold out but there was a huge box of cupcakes in the back.

Cup cakes are or as bit expensive. but what I don't like is if you buy 2 cupcake as take away they put cupcakes in paper bag and if you taking them you can imagine all the deco and cream on the bag. A suggestion from me if customer spend 5.00 for 2 baby cupcake they deserve proper packaging so they not spoiled. 2 star bcoz they taste nice.

This place is excellent. Texture and flavour of cupcakes is perfect. They are very well presented. Cupcakes are boxed properly to reduce movement when travelling. Staff are always willing to make improvements in their service!

Says on google open till 5.30pm. Went there at 4.52 for a coffee and the girl took my order then about 1 minute later said they are closed. Its before 5pm though? Nothing i can do about it. This kind of customer service has no place in a busy shopping centre. Hopefully someone who knows how to run a business will buy this dump! Will never go here again and will discourage my entire workforce from buying here. Thats right, i work in fountain gate in an office with over 300 employees!!!
