Excellent! We had "Pizza Day" Tuesday February 9, I shouted lunch for the staff, I didn't know Pizza Hut offered 2 for 1 pizzas on a Tuesday. Great pizza's, definitely did not skimp on the topping. I would highly recommend Pizza Hut Narellan, great pizza, great deal and well worth making them your preferred pizza place. Well done guys

Ordered 4 pizzas tonight - one of which was a Supreme on a thin and crispy base. Thin it was, but crispy? Not at all. Under-cooked mush. To be honest, it was absolutely disgusting. I managed to eat two slices only because I was hungry. Shame on you Pizza Hut. And by the way, I will be returning the leftover un-eaten pizza to you this weekend. Did I get what I paid for, Certainly not!

We ordered 45 pizzas and 20 garlic bread for delivery at a function, not only was the delivery on time but the food was fantastic, excellent experience and got great deals as well... well done guys!!

Worst customer service ever. I was a regular customer but never again like honestly. I order a bunch a pizzas for a second event on Sunday the 6th of December. As I was running really late I tried to call Pizza Hut Narellan to change my order time and the line was BUSY..Tried to call from another phone same story, they were BUSY. I called a lot of times on another number which I believe it was the Pizza Hit Gladstone number 131166. After waiting half an hour for someone to pick up the phone finally a sleepy and not very friendly guy which was barely talking told me "yeah no worries I will change the time for you". After calling a second time the same guy told me "yeah I can change it again for you" I was so happy that I woll not have to rush. After the event Pizza Hut Narellan called me telling that my pizza was waiting on their shelves for hours. There was no communication and respect for a customer what's so ever and whn the guy on the phone asked me why didn't I called them directly I told him "do you want me to teleported myself? as your phone line was busy". Beside that I had to pay the Sunday surcharge, pay for pizzas that were already dry and also ordering a Gluten Free Pizza which WAS NOT marked on the box as GF so my guest couldn't have any slice. Pathetic. Pizza Hut, your pizza taste alright but your employees are not good at communicating with customers. Still not sure what happened with the sleepy guy on the phone, clearly Pizza Hut Narellan never received his messages....

Today i came in and there was a lovely girl. come in every tuesday and she is super polite. she has great manners and is very friendly, always cleaning and makes the place look great. very funny and super sweet.

Had two orders at the same time, one was ready when we went to pick up, the other we had to wait another 15 minutes. People had ordered in store and had their food before we received our second order. The resutraunt was not busy or under the pump.
