Absolutely ABYSMAL service! Utterly inept. During the whole process NONE of our emails were ever replied to and very few of our phone calls returned. Customer service wasn't a thing for these people. Don't waste your time or money... It pains me to even select 1 star here as there is no option for -50 stars!

This people shouldn't be in this business. They design my dream house with so many internal and external fault that I am struggling to fix it and frustrated. Pay little more and find a good designer. Don't go there unless you want to ruin your built.
