Shocking service! Why take bookings if you can't run anywhere near time. Worst store and staff. Save your money and go somewhere decent.

I used to love this store & highly recommended it to my friends but since management has changed it's terrible. I called the store to book in my Halloween makeup & asked before booking if they could do what I wanted. When they said yes I booked in. When I arrived & showed the photo of what I wanted none of them were confident doing it. I asked them to remove one part as it was so bad. I kept complaining about different areas I wasnt happy with but felt very rushed as the booked my hour & a half makeover in at 5 when they close at 6. It was an overall terrible experience & I would never go back or recommend anyone going there. The Northland store so much better.
