I booked my mother in for makeup for her sons wedding about a year ago. We confirmed the appointment the day before so I thought everything was good to go. My mum then rang me on the morning crying that they would not do her makeup and she didn’t have an appointment. I couldn’t believe it! I then rang the store and told her that she needed to be seen as I had booked it about 2 months in advance, the store manager refused to see her and would not make any exceptions, even though it was their error in the first place. She was completely unprofessional and uncaring. I couldn’t believe such a person was in charge of the store. I made a complaint with the website and no one has since rectified the issue. How completely disgusting! More than a year later I’m still furious, we will never step foot in that store again and I will never recommend your store!!!!

This store closed down like 2 months ago and a new store opened there a few weeks ago so not sure why it is still showing the opening and closing times
