This would be the best pet store I have ever been too. We decided to purchase a workplace fish and Ash the owner was so helpful. After a couple of days our poor fish didnt seem like he was doing to well, we called Ash for some advice and he drove down to our workplace to check on our fish and help us out. The owner knows everything about pets. A fountain of knowledge. He also breeds his own guinea pigs and makes a special feed just for them!
This place is awesome. I would recommend this pet shop, it sells a variety of animals and products. I know some of the other reviews on this shop say it is a terrible shop but that was years ago, there arp0e new owners. I went to the markets the other day and bought a comet for 4 dollars but the fish looked unhealthy compeard to the fish that I bought at this pet shop I was impressed about how healthy and it was so hard to choose from so many fish but I couldn't choose between 2 comets so I got both of them I was very. The man that was serving me was very passionate and kind. The parking for this shop is bad because there are only 3 or 4 car parks. He said they are less busy on Sundays. They are open for a wide range of time. From 9am to 5pm. I recommend this shop
Cheap compared to most of the bigger petshops. Owner clearly animal lover so can relate to what you are saying about your pet instead of staff at big places that just nod and smile if you are lucky
HUGE sound out for Ashley Nambour Pet shop. After assisting us to keep our bird for three weeks, he then helps out with a very pretty metre long snake that our two dogs were very interested in. Ashley came into the yard and helped move the snake on without injury to snake or the dogs. Anything pet related I will now go to Ashley. Great guy. Mat Carter
