To be absolutely clear Mike - I specifically asked if you could use a flatbed scanner to include the borders of the frame (which was an explicit required for a commercial job, with a firm deadline). You said turnaround would slower than normal and there would be a small additional fee (which I was fine with). But not only did you fail to do the job we agreed on but you delivered it over 24hrs later than stated and then passively aggressively insinuated that I miscommunicated my expectations and offered no resolution. This directly affected my commercial job. If the wrong product with a late delivery and unreasonable attitude doesn't warrant a one start rating, what does?

Mike took a fairly ordinary pic from my phone, made it look better, produced a quality print, trimmed it up to fit my dodgy frame, took it all apart again to clean my dodgy frame, all in a few hours in time for Mum's birthday for a grand total of 6. Legend!
