These guys were great until my car was written off in a hailstorm and I had to organise my loan pay out. I didn't know who to call so thought my best bet was to ring the dealership since they organised my finance for me. Even though my insurer had settled the loan, repayments were still being taken out of my account. When I rang the first time to ask what was happening, Sean told me to give it some time and call back if it wasn't refunded in a timely manner. 2 weeks later and no refund, I called back and was received a pretty hostile response. I said I was just trying to get it sorted and got a very short "not our fault just so you know" answer. I didn't know who to call and was just trying to follow it up. The reason I didn't have the right number was because our home was also destroyed in the same storm that wrecked my car, not that Nissan cares what their customers are going through...
