Impressive Customer Service (Nambour) at it's finest!!!!!!!!! by Glyndon (?) (Senior co-worker) who instructed his younger co-worker( a young lad called Xavier) to bring an undamaged replacement. I asked to leave my purchase on counter to see if there were any taxi's already waiting outside. There was :) After securing that Taxi, I turned to go back to go and collect and there was Xavier, walking out of Cellebrations towards me, with them. W.o.W. !!!!! ... I was soooo impressed!!!!..... b'cos..... "Its THOSE (genuine) type of considerate actions that "speak" well for a business" 'Word-of-Mouth is a powerful tool' !!!!! This (back troubled) Senior Lady says..... T.H.A.N.K.Y.O.U. .... :) :) "

States online and on store windows that it closes at 9 got there at 815 it was closed
Absolutely deplorable service. There are signs everywhere calling this establishment a "drive thru", but it certainly fails to be so. Tried three times just to make sure they weren't having an "off day", but had the same experience every time. Three workers turned their backs on me sitting in the car in the drive through area and simply served those customers who had walked inside. Three kids under three in the car, and no-one bothered to tell me it wasn't serving cars, or anything actually, so will never go there again. this is no drive through.....
Great wine selection and great customer service! Will make my way over to this one from now on as Woombyes celebrations customer service is rude!
